Denise has been a broker with Prudential Prime Properties of the Seacoast since 1998. She loves her job working at Prudential with a team of polished, accomplished colleagues -- their successful team effort earned Prudential Prime Properties York county’s highest volume agency in 2004.
A Maine native, Denise has primarily lived in Southern Maine and has been in the Kennebunk area since 1978. Her work experiences include working as a sales engineer for an aerospace company, managing a small law office with a real estate concentration, and managing multi-unit properties for 16 years. As a property owner and manager, Denise acquired the unique ability to problem solve.
Since becoming a broker, her positive attitude and strong work ethic have earned her the reputation of being one of the area’s top producers. As a Prudential agent, each year she has earned awards including Prudential’s Chairman’s Circle Award awarded to those brokers whose real estate production is in the top 2% of all Prudential Brokers nationwide. In 2006, she earned the distinction as the top producer from all of the 24 Prudential offices in New England.
Client satisfaction is Denise’s priority. She maintains a network of satisfied clients and a tremendous referral business. When not selling and/or listing property, Denise enjoys golfing and membership at the Webhannet Golf Club. She is affiliated with many organizations including Maine Children’s Cancer, The Maine Association of Realtors, York County Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, and The Arundel Yacht Club.
